Bar Services
We offer a range of different mobile bar services which help your event go off without a hitch
Staffed bar only
You provide the drinks and our highly-trained, friendly staff serve them.
Pay / Cash bar
Once again the selection of drinks is your decision. We provide these and your guests are charged for their drinks. Our prices are reasonable and are discussed with you prior to your event.
The Free Bar
We will work together to create a unique drinks menu and will ensure the bar is completely stocked so you can relax and make memories on your special day.
Payment is required in advance and once this limit is reached we will inform you. You can then decide whether to extend this or revert to a cash bar

Bronze Plan

Silver Plan
- £18.00pp
- One reception drink per person
- A choice of Prosecco, Pimms, a bottle of beer or a Cocktail

- One glass of Champagne for toast
Gold Plan
- £22.00pp
- Two reception drinks per person
- A choice of Prosecco, Pimms, a bottle of beer or a Cocktail

Village Bar cash-back offer
When you choose The Village Bar, you can even earn cash-back on your paid-for cash bar. Our unique offer, could earn cash back to the value of your chosen package, based on how much your guests spend on the day.
For instance, if the cash bar takes £1,750 we will return to you £100 not only that, but if the cash bar takes a further £500, we will refund an additional £50.00, up to the value of the cost of the Village Bar.
As an added bonus, this payment will be made within 72 hours of the wedding, by BACs – perfect for an added honeymoon bonus!

Any drinks that are left at the end of the event are taken away and no charge made. All bottles are removed and taken for recycling.
A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the date with the remainder due 4 weeks prior to the event.
